Your Zovi subscription is the monthly software subscription that powers your clinic’s dashboard and app.
This is your Zovi subscription, the software you pay for. It is separate from Stripe, which is how your clients pay you. For client payments, see Payments.
Your subscription is handled with your Zovi contact rather than from a menu in the dashboard. If you need to see or change your plan, email info@zoviapp.com and they will send you the right link.

The plans

Zovi comes in two plans. Billed monthly and cancellable monthly.
Your plan does not decide which features you get. Every clinic gets the full dashboard: memberships, loyalty and rewards, offers and automatic offers, referrals, advanced analytics, retail, and multi-location. Klarna is available to every clinic too, decided by what your Stripe account is approved for rather than by your plan. If something you expect to see is missing from your dashboard, contact Zovi rather than assuming it is a plan limit.
Some clinics are charged a one-time setup fee alongside their monthly plan. Whether it applies to you, and how much it is, is agreed with Zovi when your clinic is set up. Ask your Zovi contact.
Running a clinic group, or need pricing for several locations? Contact Zovi. Group arrangements are quoted individually rather than sold as a self-service plan.

Subscription status

Demo mode

New clinics usually start in demo mode. Test payments are wired into checkout, so you and your team can walk through the whole product (booking, checkout, memberships, rewards) without any real money moving. You can tell you are in demo mode from the Demo Mode pill in the top bar. Hover the pill for a reminder of what it means. Your clients see a “demo mode, test payments only” notice in the app.
Going live wipes your clinic’s data. It is not just a tidy-up of test payments. Going live is done by Zovi, not from your dashboard, and it is a genuine clean start. When your clinic is switched to live, Zovi deletes your client records themselves, along with their orders and payments, points ledger, memberships, referrals, campaigns, client notes, consent audit records, and even your own Zovi support tickets. Your client list does not survive it. Your clinic then reconnects its Stripe payment setup using your real business details. So do not build a real client list, and do not enter anything you need to keep, while you are still in demo mode.
Email info@zoviapp.com when you are ready to go live.

Cancellations and billing changes

Cancelling your subscription and other billing changes are not self-service. They go through Zovi so nothing is switched off by mistake.
To cancel your subscription, contact Zovi at info@zoviapp.com. For billing questions, invoices, and annual billing, email info@zoviapp.com.
